Inspiring examples of how ordinary kids with diabetes are making a difference in the world--and how you can, too!

Plenty of kids ask, "I'm not a scientist, so what can I do to help find a cure?" You're probably wondering the same thing. You might be surprised by how much you can do!
  • Research is very expensive. By participating in the Walk to Cure Diabetes and other JDRF events, you can raise money for scientific research funds that could pay for scientists' salaries and for important laboratory supplies.

  • You can share your knowledge with newly diagnosed kids, and help out at a hospital or diabetes camp.

  • You can be advocates for creating a better world: a world without diabetes.
