I love working at this camp and being around all my friend with diabetes. I think being part of diabetes camp is the best thing I can do each summer. Right now I can't wait to be at camp next year. I am going on three years at camp. |

I've gone to a camp called Camp Sweeney. It is a diabetic camp in north Texas and it has everything you could ever want and everybody knows what you are going through. If you want to know more go to www.campsweeney.org. |

I love diabetes camp because you get to make a ton of friends that are going through the same thing you are. Plus, there are fun activities including swimming, hiking, crafts, and climbing the rock wall. |

I have gone to Camp Discovery and I'm going to be going to Camp Huronda. At Camp Discovery, there is a pool, cabins, and REAL bathrooms(I HOPE). I think the things at Camp Huronda that I would like to do are sail boarding, water trampoline, crafts, and more!!! These are some things that I like about diabetic camps! |

Oh my gosh, camp was so much fun. You meet so many people that know exactly what you're going through. You make crafts and do lots and lots of activities! I think the best part, though, is not feeling different!

Camp was so much fun. I can't even begin to name a favorite activity there. I know I'm going back next year, no ifs, ands, or buts about it.
